You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your products. Liquid Printer, Inc. has different locations globally and is authorized to produce printing job from any of its branches. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the power of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your products. By placing an order on this site, you warrant that you have all the required permission right, and authority to place the order and you authorize Liquid Printer, Inc. to produce and sell the products on your behalf. Liquid Printer, Inc. has different locations globally and is allowed to create any printing job from any of its branches.

The turnaround time begins after the day of project approval. For bulk orders, the turnaround time may vary, depending on the quantity. We ship orders according to the given time. If delays occur, Liquid Printer, Inc. will immediately inform the client. We are not responsible for the delays by the courier company.
Payments must be in advance. We accept bank transfer, bank check, PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
We use soy-based ink and CMYK+PMS color modes for printing. Special inks such as metallic or fluorescent ink are specialized inks that cost more money. Customers will incur a fee for using these inks on personalized projects.
The print process begins once we receive the payment. Therefore, you can not request any change in design and size. It is the customer's responsibility to make the necessary adjustments before approval and payment. Liquid Printer, Inc. assumes no liability for changes to be made after an order has been processed. It is understood that the customer has prepared, checked and priced the order at Liquid Printer Inc. before being sent.
You can request to cancel the order but before printing process. However, if your ordered product was printed/dispatched, it can not be canceled, there will be no refund. Customers may request cancellation at different stages of production, but cancellation fees will apply. Our customer support team will inform you of any cancellation fees.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Liquid Printer Inc. is committed to providing quality printing in line with industry standards. Liquid Printer Inc. ensures that all orders are free from defects. If you receive a product that does not match the original specifications provided, Liquid Printer Inc. will reprint the job. Just contact Customer Service at 1-800-959-3878 or send an email. We may reproduce the order, but there is no refund. No one is allowed to withdraw their payment without the permission of Liquid Printer Inc. This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, low-resolution photos, improper color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copies or corrections not mentioned on the proof of approval email. While we strive to ensure "colorful" standards, we can not guarantee that the printed piece will match exactly the colors on the screen or the printer. If you believe that your final print job does not meet your specifications and that the error is due to our team, you must notify Liquid Printer Inc. in writing within five business days of receipt of printed items.
Electronic Media and Files
It is the client's responsibility to keep a copy of the original file. Liquid Printer is not responsible for accidental damage to the media provided by the customer. The customer understands that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and can not be compared to the client's output device or computer screen.
Custom quotes and estimates are good for 30 days and will be re-quoted after 30 days. Liquid Printer Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order due to errors generated by our pricing software. In this extremely rare instance of this happening, the customer will be notified immediately and never more than five business hours of the following business day. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Liquid Printer Inc. or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Liquid Printer Inc. has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Liquid Printer Inc. or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Liquid Printer Inc. be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
