Liquid Printer Inc. reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. Liquid Printer Inc. has different locations globally and is authorize to produce any printing job from any of its location. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Liquid Printer Inc. to produce and sell the Products on your behalf. Liquid Printer Inc. has different locations globally and is authorize to produce any printing job from any of its location.

• STANDARD - Guaranteed to ship within 10 to 16 business days.
Free Ground Shipping within USA and Canada.
Usually Ships within 10 to 16 business days after final proof approval.
Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
• PRIORITY - Guaranteed to ship within 10 business days:
Free Ground shipping included within USA and Canada.
Products will be shipped within 10 business days after final proof approval
• URGENT - Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days
FREE Ground shipping included within USA and Canada.
Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval.
All turnaround times start with the next business day from the time the client gives final approval of design, not from when the order is first submitted. We ship orders according to the given time frame and if under any circumstance any delays occur, Liquid Printer Inc. will inform the client immediately. Liquid Printer Inc. would not be responsible for any delays from courier. For bulk order turnaround times may vary, depending upon the quantity.
All orders must be paid 100% in advance. We accept Wire Transfers, Bank Check and money order.
Once we receive your payment, your order would be processed. Please note that if you pay using Personal or Business Check, your order may be held for up to 7 to 13 business days after receiving your check to clear it and after then the turnaround time will start. For faster shipping time use Cashier's Check. Make all check payable to Liquid Printer Inc.
Inks such as metallic or fluorescents are specialty inks that cost more money. Customers will incur an up charge for use of these inks on Custom projects.
Liquid Printer Inc. is committed to delivering quality printing in accordance with Industry Standards. Therefore, we guarantee that if your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we fail to follow your written instructions, we will reprint the order if the client returns the defected order within 10 days to Liquid Printer Inc.
This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, including, but not limited to, poor or low resolution photographs, improper color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy or corrections that were not noted on your proof approval form. While we do strive to assure "pleasing color" standards, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or printer.
If you feel your final printed job does not meet your specifications and that the error is due to a defection workmanship or materials, you must notify Liquid Printer Inc. in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the printed pieces.
(7)Electronic Media and Files
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. Liquid Printer Inc. is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the customer or for the accuracy of furnished final output. Liquid Printer Inc. has no responsibility for errors on supplied artwork or electronic files or data furnished by the client and is held harmless by the client for any errors on its supplied artwork, electronic files and data. Liquid Printer Inc. will produce printed jobs from the client’s supplied artwork, electronic files and data and is not responsible for correctness of the artwork, electronic files and data or color matching. The client understands that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. All clients’ files are produced by Liquid Printer Inc. utilizing the latest technology and software applications, production digital presses, high quality ink jet wide format printers and high quality offset presses. Until digital input can be evaluated by Liquid Printer Inc. no claims or promises about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is applicable to problems that may arise. Any editing or correction required to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates, but only after approval has been received from the client.
All orders are considered in work and are in process the moment they are received and cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time an order is processed. It is the client's responsibility to make the necessary alterations within the given time frame otherwise the order gets processed. Liquid Printer Inc. accepts no liability in regards to changes to be made after an order is processed. It is understood that the client has prepared, proofed, and priced their order with Liquid Printer Inc. prior to submission and no cancellation or refund can be made.
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Liquid Printer Inc. is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
• Finished product size
• Miss-spelling errors
• Punctuation errors
• Grammatical errors
• Incorrect font usage
• Wrong die cuts or slits
• Incorrect or missing folds
• Graphics orientation or placement
It is understood that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. Because of these differences, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs, clients output on its own device or appearance on clients computer monitor and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. For quantities less than 5K a color variation occur due to color settings on printing machines and these color variations up to 9% are accepted. Liquid Printer Inc. is not liable for these color variations for quantities less than 5k. Liquid Printer Inc. does not guarantee an exact color match to the art work or electronic files submitted.Depending on whether offset or digital printing is ordered, Liquid Printer Inc. may convert the color mode to CMYK, RGB, PMS or Hexa-chrome methods possibly resulting in color shift. Liquid Printer Inc. is not responsible for any color shift.
All design specifications are indicated in the FAQ section of this web site. Files which do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Liquid Printer Inc. assumes no responsibility for cutting text or images which exist outside our required safe areas and/or submitted files not set up to specifications for resolution, formatting, fonts not embedded or supplied or any other violation of our specifications. Templates for layout of various items are available at no cost in the help section of this web site. The min. bleed margin required is 1/8". Please check your files before submitting it for printing.
Liquid Printer Inc. reserves the right to use client’s product for samples for advertising purposes in addition to posting as electronic samples on this website.

(14)Damaged and Lost Packages
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments after 30 days from package shipment. Liquid Printer Inc. is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Production and printing trade standards allow for slight underage or overages. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed, please order in excess of the quantity needed. Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped due to the fact that an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Liquid Printer Inc. and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledged Liquid Printer's performance which fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee raging printed products. If you receive an order which do not match its original specifications provided, Liquid Printer Inc. will reprint the order. Simply contact Customer Service at either (800) 959-3878 or at support@LiquidPrinter.com to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Department address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice.
(17)Order Cancellation (For Customized ordered Products)
Liquid Printer Inc. will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if your ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be cancelled and there will be NO REFUND. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.
1) Orders are placed on-line.
2) Orders are reworked in our design department.
3) Orders are sent to the press.
4) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department's charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it cancelled, at least 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled. And after delivery there will be NO REFUND.
Liquid Printer Inc. guarantees all orders to be free of defects from workmanship. If any order does not match the specifications provided, we will reprint the order if the client returns the defected order within 10 days to Liquid Printer Inc. We can reprint the order but there will be NO REFUND policy. Liquid Printer Inc. guarantees regarding the quality of printed products. In printing Liquid Printer Inc. guarantees from 4/4, to 8/4 color printing if there is not any solid color ground on the back side. Liquid Printer Inc. also doesn’t guarantee exact color match.
Custom quotes and estimates are good for 30 days and will be re-quoted after 30 days. Prices calculated and/or posted on this website may change from time to time and are subject to change without any notice. Liquid Printer Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order due to errors generated by our web pricing software. In this extremely rare instance of this happening, the customer will be notified immediately and never more than 5 business hours of the following business day.
(20)Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Liquid Printer Inc. or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Liquid Printer Inc. has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Liquid Printer Inc. or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Liquid Printer Inc. be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
